initiated a program to launch SinoFresh products in international
markets. This would more than double the potential size of the
market in the United States. To facilitate sales in targeted
countries in the European Union and Japan, the Company will
immediately begin to implement the following:
Register SinoFresh products with appropriate government health
agencies
Secure product supply partners
Conclude agreements with chosen distributors, each with
established infrastructures and track record for target
markets
Expand Company’s management team to include executives with
international operations experience
