The new PM400 Series’ of ac/dc power supplies comply with UL60601-1 and TUV 60601-1 medical safety standards. Units are also RoHS compliant. This low profile 400W Series accepts a 90-264 Vac universal input. Single output models have voltages ranging from 12 Vdc to 48 Vdc, with a standby output of 5 Vdc at 100 mA. The low profile, 4 in. x 7 in. x 1.58 in. footprint suits low profile constraints. Units provide 300 W of power in convection-cooled environments and 400 W with forced air (user provided or select the optional cover and fan that does not add to the product footprint).
Efficiencies are more than 88%, leakage currents as low as 300 µA at 264 Vac, and 4000 Vac input-output isolation voltage for the PM400 Series.
