Surgery At Presbyterian Hospital Dallas to foster innovation in
endoscopy
technology.

Healthcare rolled out this year its Solution Package offering
as an innovative step in endoscopy
technology. The package includes EndoCom hardware; StreamingOR,
live streaming of minimally invasive surgical cases; and
Endo-Cloud, an archiving system which ultimately attaches surgical
cases to Electronic Medical Records.
The system was made to work via a secure internet link with 90%
of the existing equipment in an operating room,” according to
Clayton Redmon, co-founder and CEO of StreamVenue
Healthcare. “Nothing beats teaching from the surgeon’s
viewpoint. This sets the stage for reshaping the way the healthcare
industry delivers live video to medical conferences and symposia
globally.”
Surgeons who perform minimally invasive cases have the
capability to teach with nothing in their way, Redmon says.
Traditional technology required satellites, trucks, plus camera and
production crews, he adds.
