B. Braun Melsungen

B. Braun has seen a flurry of product releases this year, launching its Easypump home infusion app, Diacap Pro Dialyzer, Protosan wound gel, Actreen urological mini catheters, the Docit and HubScrub sterilization devices and its Flow Collector ostomy device.

B. Braun also announced the integration of its Outlook large-volume infusion pumps with Iatric Systems Accelero Connect software, clearing the device to communicate with a number of electronic health record systems.

The company has also continued its focus on partnership, collaboration and profitability. Braun and Christie Medical said they plan to combine the VeinViewer system with Braun’s line of IV products to enhance the ease and safety of peripheral IV catheters.
