the fourth largest national pharmaceutical wholesaler, to provide
the Company with leading pharmacy automation technology for its
acute and extended care customers.

anticipate these changes. The partnership with
Talyst will further aid H. D. Smith in its proactive approach

Talyst’s pharmacy automation technology provides additional
controls and inventory tracking within the pharmacy and gives a
foundation for improving patient safety through barcode
administration at the patient’s bedside. Distribution of
