Wayne, PA – TekniPlex Healthcare, which utilizes advanced materials science expertise to help deliver better patient outcomes, has expanded its converting capability for DuPont™ Tyvek® healthcare styles to include the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region. For the company’s wide array of medical device customers in the EMEA zone, the development will yield local sourcing and shorter lead times for market-leading coated solutions containing Tyvek® products.
In addition to other applications, TekniPlex Healthcare’s coated Tyvek® solutions are utilized for form-fill-seal and die-cut applications. The expansion of Tyvek® converting capability will help expedite market access for TekniPlex Healthcare’s existing customers, and open avenues for increased market penetration overall – especially throughout the EMEA region.
Until now, TekniPlex Healthcare possessed converting capability for Tyvek® products solely in the United States. The addition of converting capability in Europe helps bolster customer service and support, allowing TekniPlex Healthcare to allocate local infrastructure and personnel expertise to support EMEA-centric projects specifically.
