Learn to Live offers mental health support during pandemic
Digital mental health provider Learn to Live offers customized online programs based on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). The Minneapolis-based company conducted extensive research on past viral illnesses, including SARS and MERS, to deliver articles and videos modules on its therapy platform to address the mental health crisis caused by COVID-19.
In May, the company made its COVID-19 Wellbeing Center freely available to the public, who can access its clinically based digital tools and resources created in response to the ongoing pandemic.
“We’ve done some custom-made videos specific to COVID-19 and companion documents to go with them to highlight CBT tools that are taught within our programs,” Joel Erickson, VP of member experience, told Medical Design & Outsourcing. “These are the top topics that people asked for.”
