Trelleborg Medical Solutions has named two new commercial leaders in the U.S and Europe.

The medtech CDMO hired Commercial Americas Business Unit President Omar Hall, who was previously VP of global field sales at Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT),

Trelleborg also promoted Business Unit President of Commercial & Operations Europe Carsten Stehle, who previously served as global director of strategic business development for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions and board chair of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Germany.

Omar Hall

“Omar has a proven track record of leadership, strategic commercial execution, operational excellence and global team development,” Trelleborg Medical Solutions President Linda Muroski said in a news release. “His background in building trusted customer partnerships, developing new business and navigating M&A integrations makes him well aligned with our priorities in the Americas.”

Trelleborg says Hall’s responsibilities include “deepening customer relationships, accelerating growth and ensuring the Americas business continues delivering innovative, high-quality solutions that help customers succeed in the increasingly dynamic medical and life sciences market.”

“I’m excited to bring my experience to Trelleborg Medical Solutions and build upon the strong foundation already in place,” Hall said in the release. “I want customers to view us as a trusted strategic partner, one that consistently delivers reliability, technical expertise and long-term value.”

“Carsten comprehensively understands the business and our strategy for helping customers bring innovative products to market faster thanks to his time with Trelleborg Sealing Solutions,” Muroski said. “He will be a great asset in aligning customer expectations and long-term ambitions in Europe.”

Stehle’s responsibilities include “fostering customer relationships across Europe while overseeing manufacturing operations at the Stein am Rhein and Malta facilities,” the company said.

“He will lead and align segment and product strategies that emphasize sustainability and resources for key segments and capabilities globally,” the company continued. “Stehle will also oversee the business area’s global marketing and communications initiatives to effectively reach customers with relevant and timely messaging.”

“I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of some exciting challenges and milestones within Trelleborg Sealing Solutions,” Stehle said. “Now I’m taking that experience to Trelleborg Medical Solutions, and I look forward to contributing to its sustained success.”
