Vancive Medical Technologies has announced plans to introduce three new medical materials at the Medica 2016 international trade fair from November 14 to 17 in Düsseldorf, Germany. Exhibiting in Hall 6, stand H07, the Vancive team will be available to show samples and discuss each of the new products.
The product launch will include a breathable double-coated tape for wearable device applications. This tape is designed to serve as a construction layer connecting a device’s skin contact material to its sensor/electronics casing.
In addition, the company will exhibit a new stretchable, single-coated elastic nonwoven tape with a fabric-like feel. Also breathable, this material conforms to contoured body surfaces and has applications for use in wearables, wound dressings and other medical devices.
Vancive also will introduce a new microporous breathable tape that can be used for surgical applications, ostomy flanges and a variety of other end uses. More details about each of these new products will be announced at Medica 2016.
