The Makino D200Z machining center offers extreme precision, tighter tolerances, and high-speed 5-axis machining for machining precise parts and mold tooling.
The new AON-M2 high-temperature industrial 3D printer by AON3D can fabricate bigger, better, and higher-performance thermoplastics. This 3D printer, according to Vaupell, is ideal for PEEK, Ultem, and other aerospace-grade thermoplastics. IT minimizes part warping and improves interlayer bonding.
Vaupell also has six new Sumitomo Demag electric molding machines, installed in automated cells with new Wittmann robots and die heaters, Matsui dryers, and RJG E Dart systems.
“Each of these new technologies allows us to address industry demands to create solutions from prototyping through production for advanced manufactured components, devices, and assemblies. The end results for our customers are cost savings, better precision, quality, and repeatability, as well as an accelerated speed-to-market advantage.” Jim MacDonald, sales manager of Vaupell, said in a news release.
