VirtualHealth, the SaaS platform for care management and population health, announced that its founder and CEO, Adam Sabloff, will join other industry thought leaders at the VOICE summit to address the use of voice technology as a patient engagement tool. The panel discussion, titled “The Patient Voice,” takes place on July 24 at 4 p.m.
The VirtualHealth platform fully automates data aggregation, analysis, and actionable interventions across all members of the care team to reduce costs and improve outcomes. Voice technology provides new avenues for remote patient engagement, including AI-based interactivity and real-time tracking of changes in underlying conditions or behaviors. In turn, care teams can leverage these next generation tools to deliver care that is more timely and patient-centered.
The world’s largest voice technology event with more than 200 speakers and three days of content, the VOICE Summit includes Amazon Alexa as lead sponsor and LEGO, Capital One, Yext, Mercedes Benz, Prudential and Audible as headliners. The event takes place from July 24-26 at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in Newark, N.J.
“There are just 3 million nursing home beds available while we have nearly 50 million seniors with diverse and complex health needs,” said Sabloff. “By weaving smart home products like Amazon Alexa into the fabric of healthcare technology, we can empower actionable care management and provide a better quality of life to seniors while allowing them to age gracefully in the comfort of their own homes.”
