Medtech CDMO VitalPath names permanent CFO

NEWS RELEASE: VitalPath Appoints Aimee Moore as Chief Financial Officer

New Hope, Minn. — VitalPath, a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specializing in complex catheters and precision laser components, announced the appointment of Aimee Moore as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Ms. Moore initially joined VitalPath in 2024 as Interim CFO, where she quickly made a significant impact by strengthening financial strategy and supporting the company’s long-term growth initiatives.

“We are thrilled to welcome Aimee as our permanent CFO,” said Bill Ellerkamp, CEO of VitalPath. “She’s a results-driven leader who isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves. Her hands-on approach and ability to elevate our financial strategy have already made her an invaluable asset. With over 29 years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience, Ms. Moore has built a career as a trusted business partner to executive teams delivering accurate, timely financial insights that drive informed decision-making. Her previous roles include leadership positions at Alpine Software Group, Spartronics LLC, Cliq Studios, Cogentix Medical, and Salo LLC..

Ms. Moore is a CPA (inactive) and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Government from the University of Virginia.
