Volcano Drives Innovation Forward With Three New U.S. Product Launches at TCT 2010

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ — Volcano Corporation (Nasdaq:

) today announced the company’s plans to launch Eagle
Eye® Platinum, PrimeWire PRESTIGE™, and the
s5™/s5i™ 3.2.1 Software at the Transcatheter
Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) Meeting from September 21 – 25 in
Washington DC.  These are three significant new product
innovations and updates to Volcano’s unique and innovative
intravascular product portfolio.

year’s TCT with these three new product launches as well as our
excitement about our deep pipeline of new technologies which
includes Image Guided Therapy balloon and IVUS combination devices,

Looking ICE, and Impact Microcatheters,” commented Scott
