The medical industry has changed considerably over the last few years—placing greater emphasis on improving patient outcomes and reducing overall cost. To adjust to these changes, medtech companies must reconsider the value each product in their cannon provides. Startups must create a great value proposition and business model from scratch, while established organizations evolve existing business models to provide new types of value creation.
Finding Your Value Proposition, with MPR product development experts Jeff Champagne, explores what it means today to find an unmet medical need in this dynamic market space and solidify the new value proposition of your product. Attendees will get practical example products and learn how to prepare stakeholder maps, research unmet needs, and create a value proposition.
Attendees will learn:
- How recent changes in industry will influence medtech development.
- How to think about and create a compelling value proposition for an example product.
- How to prepare a stakeholder map, find unmet needs, and hone in on a value proposition.
