successful promotional event was recently held by Winner Medical
and Cotton Incorporated (“Cotton Inc.”) to promote PurCotton®
brand and Natural™ trademark in a high footprint shopping
mall in Shanghai.

Customers’ feedback continues to be excellent, as PurCotton’s
superior quality and functionality have been embraced. Winner
Medical is expanding its chain store openings to introduce its
concept and products in the Pearl River Delta, Yangzte River Delta
and Bohai Sea District. In December, three PurCotton stores were
opened in Shanghai and one store opened in Beijing. As of today, 27
stores have been opened in high traffic shopping malls in Beijing,
Shanghai and Guangdong province. Products are divided into four
categories, including feminine care products, mother and baby
products, home care products and medical care products.
