Micromold manufactures custom precision micromolded parts. The company has 20 BOY Machines Inc. injection molding machines, ranging from 10 to 33 tons in vertical and horizontal configurations.

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Arterex said Micromold will continue its 24/7 operations within Arterex’s Formula Plastics division in Tecate, Mexico, where Arterex has a 3,000 ft², Class 8 clean room. The company will continue serving medical, diagnostics, optical, dental and laboratory customers working under ISO 13485:2016 for quality management at the FDA-registered facility.
Launched in 2022 by London-based private equity firm Investindustria, Arterex offers diversified manufacturing services for medical device and life sciences customers. Arterex has more than 1,200 employees and manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Mexico, Italy and Egypt.
