Device tolerance “stack up” can be a problem in many industries, but particularly in medical devices. One solution is the DuraGlide™ family of dry film lubricants. Consistency in the coating is important. Coatings with many micropowders require constant agitation and often produce inconsistent, streaky coatings. DuraGlide lubricant microdispersions suspend the PTFE particle in unique carrier agents, creating a better, consistent coating and smoother movements.
