Dynatronics said today that it has entered into a master service agreement with Millstone Medical Outsourcing to provide fulfillment and distribution services.
The agreement calls for Millstone (Fall River, Mass.) to store and distribute products as directed by Salt Lake City-based Dynatronics for a period of 3 years, with an automatic 1-year renewal.
Dynatronics management said in an SEC filing that outsourcing distribution to Millstone will help the company streamline its operations and cut expenses, including a reduction in workforce and related costs.
