Interstate Plastics is attending the MD&M West Conference at the Anaheim Convention Center, 800 W. Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92802. The event will span Tuesday through Thursday, February 9th – 11th. Interstate Plastics is providing free admission when registering for the event.
Interstate Plastics will be present 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at booth #3190, highlighting their extensive line of full and cut-to-size plastic sheet, rod, tube and accessories for industries including manufacturing and manufacturing equipment, engineering and design, as well as packaging and medical grade plastics.
Medical grade plastics include Celcon M25, Radel, Polycarbonate, PEEK and heat stabilized polypropylene; well suited for use in applications including sizing trials, trial heads and cups for hip implants, knee provisional trials, impactor applications and instrument handles. Newest to the Interstate Plastics’ medical product line is Propylux® HS colored rod, exclusively produced by Westlake Plastics. Propylux HS rods are the material of choice for orthopedic applications due to the product’s biocompatibility compliance, dimensional stability and chemical resistance.
Interstate Plastics will be discussing high performance plastics including PEEK, PPS, PET, PVC, PTFE, ABS, phenolics and glass epoxy sheet, rod and tube that aid in the development of circuit boards, automotive and aerospace innovations, casings and housings, lighting fixtures, fans, cabinets, and many component parts within computers and other machinery.
Within manufacturing and manufacturing process industries, customers find UHMW, Delrin, acetal, nylon, and polypropylene particularly helpful in both equipment and consumer product concept and design. From part prototyping and testing to a final product or machine, Interstate Plastics provides solutions for the manufacture of gears and sprockets, bearings, manifolds, lines, emission control, light housings and pumps. Packaging industries have also seen a large consumption of LDPE and HDPE plastic packaging materials, as well as other polyethylene used in the construction of containers, seals, protective covers and more.
