Attendees of the 2017 BIOMEDevice show at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center were in awe of the giant stent debuted at the exhibition in Boston held May 3-4. While this one in particular was just for show, many exhibitors showed off their devices while manufacturers have consumers a peek and the “nuts and bolts” used to create them.
Tubing, 3D printing, and surgical device companies were eager to connect with potential customers while a variety of seminars took place to teach attendees about IoT security, getting devices approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and how to build a 3D printed brain.
