Emerson recently announced that it has launched its modular, custom engineered Branson welding workstations to help make the deployment of clean, secure and ergonomic production areas easier.
The modular workstations are customizable and feature a height-adjustable, anodized-aluminum worktable and an ergonomic platform that weld-system operators can comfortably work on while standing or sitting. The worktable itself has room for positioning Branson ultrasonic, laser and spin welding equipment, ancillary equipment and work supplies, according to the company. It uses sound abatement to reduce production noise with a sliding panel and lock for security purposes.
Branson welding workstations can also be customized with features that maximize productivity, operator ease and safety and can include barcode readers, special hand or foot switches, weld indicator lights and an electric worktable lift.
Emerson’s welding workstations meet Category III safety requirements. They are pre-wired and are ready for manufacturing operations.
