Nelson Laboratories recently announced that it has launched its newly redesigned website.
The new design features improved navigation, enhanced search capabilities and a more engaging customer experience. It also features new online sample submission forms and quoting functionality and is mobile and tablet user-friendly.
“We created a new Nelson Labs website with our clients in mind,” Jeffery Nelson, president of Nelson Labs, said in a press release. “We listened closely, reviewed user behaviors and incorporated the functionality and solutions that customers desired. We always strive to put our clients at the center of everything we do, and I’m confident that this new website will make exploring our services and testing with us an even better experience.”
Customers can also learn more about global services that Nelson Labs has to offer at its 11 global lab facilities through the website. Customers can order testing while completing and submitting sample submission forms online.
The enhanced navigation allows customers to search for a test by name, customer industry or testing category.
“With the newly designed website, we wanted to meet the needs of our global customer base by providing more intuitive navigation to our testing services while highlighting the educational and scientific resources we provide to the medtech and pharmaceutical industry,” Nelson said. “The design of the website improves the user experience and the ease of doing business with Nelson Labs. The website has also been moved to an all new platform that will allow the site to be localized for global customers in the near future.”
