“Pros: The overall rapport in the CET division was strong with forward growth and a positive outlook. The formal trainings were helpful and effective. The people are had the privilege of calling colleagues were amazing people. Management and leadership does seem to care about their people. They reward hard work and celebrate successes. They don’t fill your day with redundant calls and emails, they let you work your territory a majority of the time. The Viabil Duraclip and Beamer are strong sellers. Cons: They are growing fast and have a few growing pains but are working to improve on those. Many of the management team has worked together for over 10 years, there is a family cohesion there that has its pros and cons if you need a confidant. Bases are low for med device.” ––Former Territory Manager
“Pros: Great products and good people. Cons: Poor expense reimbursement and poor compensation plan.” ––Current Sales Representative
“Pros: I enjoyed calling on and consulting physicians. It’s a good jumping off point to get into medical device sales. The products were well received by customers. The pay was fair. Cons: Training on products could be better. Unrealistic quota expectations, so I found quotas to be very stressful. I can’t think of any more cons.” ––Former Territory Manager
“Pros: Excellent reputation in the medical community as a company forward thinking and continues to adjust to future needs of the customer. Cons: No consideration for employees as they advance to move the company to forward.” ––Former Sales Representative
“Pros: Some good products and good prices. Cons: Very little corporate assistance, lack of higher up representation in sales meetings.” ––Current Sales Representative
