Nolato GW this week announced that it has expanded its contract manufacturing capabilities with two new facilities in Vermont and Wisconsin.
Nolato GW, formerly GW Plastics completed a 3,000 sq. ft expansion of its Class 8 cleanroom space in Royalton, Vt. The space is designated for its silicone molding division, Nolato GW Silicones and is capable of housing 8-10 new silicone injection molding machines.
The Royalton, Vt. expansion is the fourth expansion of Nolato GW Silicones since 2008 and follows the 30,000-square-foot expansion it underwent last year.
The Bethel, Vt.-based company also completed a 60,000-square-foot expansion of its Nolato Contour facility in Baldwin, Wisc. The expansion adds additional space for cleanroom manufacturing and warehousing. It will support the company’s diagnostic and pharmaceutical programs and plans to add 75 new jobs over the next three years.
Nolato Contour’s expansion comes after its previous 43,000 sq. ft and 27,000 sq. ft expansions.
“The combined capabilities and synergies between Nolato GW and Nolato Contour are second to none, and we look forward to leveraging them for our customers’ benefit,” Johan Iveberg, president of Nolato Medical Solutions, said in a news release. “As we continue integration initiatives, we remain very optimistic about the future growth of Nolato as an end-to-end, solutions-based manufacturing partner, and the continued expansion of our manufacturing footprint in North America and around the world.”
