Qosina touts TPE-coated stem check valves

qosina-checkvalvesQosina has recently added two new in-line check valves to its product line.

The new valves feature a unique male luer lock outlet with a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) coated stem that is an elastic sealing element. The stem of the valves are designed to avoid sticking to mating surfaces to improve sealing and allow for luers to be easily disconnected. A low mating force reduces the risk of stress cracks at a female luer connection.

Qosina’s check valves are made in an ISO Class 8 Clean Room. They are also BPA- and latex-free, REACH and RoHS compliant and suitable for EtO and gamma sterilization.
