Veeva Systems (NYSE:VEEV) — already a major software supplier in the pharmaceutical space — has an increasing number of medical device and diagnostic companies picking up its software, the company recently announced.
Veeva (Pleasanton, Calif.) said earlier this month that it has more than 65 medical devices and diagnostics customers using Veeva Vault, 11 of them among the world’s largest medical devices companies. Veeva Vault helps customers meet evolving regulatory guidelines and drive greater efficiency.
Veeva Vault for medical device companies includes Vault eTMF and Vault CTMS for clinical; Vault QMS and Vault QualityDocs for quality; Vault MedComms for medical; and Vault PromoMats for commercial.
“Changing regulations are prompting organizations to adopt advanced content and data management applications to improve collaboration and ensure compliance,” Melonie Warfel, VP of medical devices and diagnostics at Veeva, said in a news release. “Veeva Vault helps customers drive consistency across business processes and be more agile in a rapidly evolving marketplace.”
