Bosch Rexroth will showcase its step-by-step approach to building the “Factory of the Future” during MD&M/ATX West, with exhibits demonstrating integrated mechatronics concepts and transport systems that can provide scalable technologies.
Two recently introduced products will be on display. The company’s Smart Function Kit is a modular mechatronics package consisting of mechanical components, electrical components and software for use across a range of standardized pressing and joining applications. It’s designed to a simplify product selection and configuration as well as commissioning.
GoSelect is a new online ordering tool designed to streamline product selection and make cost quoting, listing prices and availability on hundreds of products. Users can download CAD drawings in a variety of formats, including PDF3D, STEP, IGES and DXF.
Other product highlights will include: lean implementation with aluminum framing, technology integration in workstations, data collection with Mechatronics@Work, data analysis and visualization with IoT Gateway, monitoring machine health with ActiveMover, and factory-wide intelligence with Smart Assembly 4.0 Conveyors. —NC
