compensation patients announced today that Dawn Phillips has been
named Vice President of Business Development for its Catastrophic
& Home Health Services division. Phillips brings more
than 20 years of risk management and managed care experience to the
newly created position.
In her new role, Dawn will work with managed care and
catastrophic claims leaders in the workers’ compensation community
to provide integrated solutions designed to meet their specific
clinical and managed care program goals. This includes the
development and measurement of new clinical programs as well as the
refinement of MSC’s current care management initiatives.

Prior to joining MSC, Phillips was Vice President at Ingenix, a
global leader in health information and technology services. She
also worked at Aon Risk Services for 13 years in various capacities
including Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President and
Managing Director. Phillips began her managed care career with
American International Group (AIG) in national sales for managed
care.
