Quad-Brand Ground Rubber Balls Feature Close Tolerance Spherical And Diametric Dimensions

Designed for pneumatic, hydraulic and water applications, these rubber balls are molded of 70 Shore A nitrile compound and are specially formulated for precision grinding the ball surface. High speed center-less grinding combined with automatic gauging/measuring assures consistent, close tolerances of both spherical and diametric dimensions. A precise, uniform finish ensures consistent sealing regardless of how the ball seats in the application.

Molded of 525K elastomer, these Quad-Brand balls are available in 14 diameters from 3/32 in. (0.093 ±0.003 dia., 0.003 sph) to 1 in. (1.000 ±0.004 dia., 0.005 sph).
