MTD Micro Molding announced that it has been named as one of the finalists for the 2017 Processor of the Year Award.
The Processor of the Year Award is a polymers technologies award that is given to companies that have shown achievement within their organizations, communities and polymer operations. Candidates for the award are chosen based on financial performance, quality, customer relations, employee relation, environmental performance, industry/public service and technological innovation.
Including MTD Micro Molding, the finalists include Petoskey Plastics (Petoskey, Mich.), Trilogy Plastics (Alliance, Ohio) and Plastek (Erie, Penn.).
“It is such an honor to be a finalist for such a prestigious award for the second time and I am so proud of the entire MTD team for making this happen. To stand with the other impressive finalists is a great achievement in itself,” said Dennis Tully, president of MTC Micro Molding.
The winner of the Processor of the Year Award will be announced on March 7 at the Plastics News Executive Forum in Naples, Florida.
