Gardner Denver THOMAS is pleased to announce the release of its newly developed 380 series variants: 380CE32 (115/60/1), 380CS32 (100/50/60/1) (380CUU32 (230/50/1) coming soon).

These oil-less single WOB-L piston units can be used for pressure or vacuum operation and are engineered to be versatile and reliable for a wide array of market applications, ranging from General to specific Medical, Laboratory, Food and Beverage, or Industrial.

The 380CE32 (115/60/1) is UL approved and provides an open flow of 1.2 cfm (34.0 l/min) and can operate up to 100 psi (6.9 bar) continuously as well as a continuous maximum vacuum up to 89 percent of local barometer. It weighs just 9.7 lbs. (4.4 kgs) and measures (L x W x H) 6.94” (176.4 mm) x 5.14” (130.6 mm) x 6.73” (170.8 mm). Acceleration at 100 psi (6.9 bar) at 115V 60Hz measured in the “Y” axis is only 0.28 g.

The 380CS32 (100/50/60/1) provides an open flow of 1.0 cfm (28.4 l/min) / 1.2 cfm (34.0 l/min) and can operate up to 60 psi (4.1 bar) continuously as well as a continuous maximum vacuum up to 89 percent of local barometer. It weighs just 9.95 lbs. (4.5 kgs) and measures (L x W x H) 8.40” (213.3 mm) x 5.14” (130.6 mm) x 6.73” (170.8 mm). Acceleration at 60 psi (4.1 bar) at 100V 50/60Hz measured in the “Y” axis is only 0.18 g and 0.26 g respectively. Sound levels are equally impressive measuring just 50 dB(A) and 53 dB(A) at 60 psi (4.1 bar) at 100V 50/60Hz respectively.

Units are RoHS, REACH compliant and include an integral 9 blade cooling air flow fan, conventional foot mount design, corrosion resistant wetted parts, and quality die-cast aluminum components. Supplied standard is a capacitor, capacitor insulator boot, and intake filter.
