Syneo recently announced that it has redesigned and upgraded its Accu-Blast automated micro blasting equipment line.
The company says it has increased the robustness and maintainability with the upgrade to the Accu-Blast CRS100. The system now features a Comco AccuFlo micro-abrasive blaster, newly designed Pinch Roll Feeders and in-line inspection option. It also includes an integrated outside diameter measurement and average roughness surface measurement, pass/fail binning, fully programmable application recipes and made-to-order tooling that allows the system to handle a variety of diameters, patterns and inspection criteria for wire ablation and surface roughening applications.
