Medical Realities is using a combination of 360 videos and interactive content to create its Virtual Surgeon platform. The Virtual Surgeon learning program puts the user inside a virtual operating room as a consulting surgeon.
The program can be used on an Oculus Rift or the Samsung Gear VR. Using these products reduces the cost of training and allows Medical Realities to reach a larger audience while giving medical students a safe learning environment.
