According to KLAS, a research firm specializing in monitoring
and reporting the performance of information technology and medical
imaging vendors in the healthcare field, ZONARE has moved from a
point-of-care solution to a real option in general imaging with
strong performance across a variety of clinical applications.
In the report, ZONARE outperformed other vendors in several
aspects of the “Service & Support” category, including “Quality
of Phone/Web Service” and “Proactive Service”. In the “Sales
& Contracting” categories, ZONARE achieved a 100 percent
ranking in the “avoids nickel-and-diming” grouping.
