FRANKFURT, Germany, Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ — Dr. Rolf Badenhoop
M.D., a 20-year veteran of the consulting and pharmaceutical
industries in Europe, recently joined global sales and
marketing consulting firm ZS Associates as associate principal.
Badenhoop is based in the company’s Frankfurt office.

Building on the firm’s more than 13 years of work with drug
makers in the region, Badenhoop will help ZS clients enhance their
marketing and sales organizations for improved commercial success.
He has extensive experience in sales and marketing
strategy improvement, market access & pricing optimization
and customer relationship management. At ZS, he will use this
expertise for a series of business development and client
management initiatives to help life sciences companies better serve
customers in Germany.
Before joining ZS, Badenhoop served as vice president at
LifeScience Consulting Group, Arthur D. Little and Ernst &
Young Consulting, with progressive responsibilities for managing
the firms’ healthcare and pharmaceutical practices in Germany,
Switzerland and Austria, respectively. Before starting his
consulting career, he served as head of business development at
Bristol-Myers Squibb, Germany and head of the pharmaceuticals
office at the Schering AG headquarters in Berlin, Germany.
