4. You’ll need more time and funds than you think.

Tying into his other advice, Thomas Osypka learned from his dad that most of the time, you’re going to need more time and funds than you think. And regardless of the hardships that will be presented to you when it comes to time and money, never give up. Always follow through on the promises made to customers.

“One of our mentalities is we commit to the project and we will never give up — no matter what the challenge is,” said Osypka.
