MRPC, Injectech and Plastic Design Co., with its Resenex subsidiary, said they have now begun operating as a single organization. A unified rebranding is set to be unveiled early next year.
The amalgamation is being led by private equity firm Vance Street Capital, which acquired each of the businesses between 2021 and 2025.
In its announcement, the companies said they have spent the past several months integrating their leadership and their engineering and commercial teams. MRPC CEO Greg Riemer will serve as CEO of the combined outfit.
“Highly engineered medical manufacturing rewards depth,” Riemer said in the release. “Each of these businesses was built by people who cared deeply about their craft and their customers. Individually, each of these companies is exceptional at what they do. Together, we can take a customer from a micro-molded component or a molded silicone seal all the way through cleanroom assembly, packaging and sterilization management and give them a catalog of proven fluid management components.”
Daily interactions with customers would be largely unchanged, he company said, and all five of its manufacturing sites would continue to operate with the same quality systems and certifications.
“Customers often have to coordinate several specialized manufacturers to move one complex program forward,” said Vance Street Partner Steve Sandbo, who will chair the combined company’s board. “This combination gives them a clearer path to the expertise they need across components, assemblies and finished devices and strengthens how we support them.”
The combined company’s catalog will span liquid silicone and high-consistency rubber molding; micro-injection molding with polymers such as PEEK, COP and COC; in-house tooling and mold making, plus process development; cleanroom assembly, packaging, sterilization management and supply chain support; and custom fluid management components including luers, check valves, tube-to-tube connectors and spikes.
Vance Street bought Injectech in November 2025, with plans to pair its injection molding and assembly offerings with the micro-molded plastic components maker PDC, which it purchased in January 2022.
Prior to that, Vance Street picked up Motion Dynamics Corp. and its wire-based components business in 2016. The firm has also acquired Wytech Industries and Mountain Manufacturing Technologies and made investments in Prince Sterilization Services.
