Researchers from the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and the Wyss Institute for the Biologically Inspired at Harvard have designed a soft pop-up arm used for endoscopic research.
The arm is designed with integrated sensors and flexibility, lies flat on an endoscope. Once it reaches it’s desired spot, it assists in the surgery.
