Another lesson that Criterion’s Tanya DiSalvo learned from her dad and grandpa was that if you are consistent with everything that you do in your company, more people will want to be around for the journey.
“It’s about consistency, right? Employees want consistency, customers want consistency and it has to start with me,” said DiSalvo.
Companies should be consistent from the quality of capabilities they offer to their mission statement. Everyone in the company should be on the same page.
