The TPP 450A series features an open-frame, 3-by-5 in. package that has 91-94%. The power supplies have a full load operation from -40ºC to 50ºC including airflow. It has a leading conduction cooled rating with up to 320W at 50ºC.
Traco Power’s new series also features six single output models, as well as an aux output of 5VSB/2A and a 12V/0.5A for fan cooling. The new power supplies also have remote sense, power good and remote on/off. It also has an extended operation temperature range of -40ºC to 85ºC, offering more than 400,000 hours of power.
The power supplies are supported with an ISO 14971 Risk Management file and acceptance criteria that is in accordance with IPC-A-610 Level 3. The whole series has double reinforced insulation, 4kVAC I/O isolation, 2.5kVAC output to field ground and <100uA leakage current. The TPP 450A series also has medical IEC/EN/ES 60601-1 third edition approval for 2xMOPP/BF-rated applications, EMC compliance to IEC/EN/ES 60601-2 fourth edition and meets EN 55032 level B for conducted emissions as well as UL 62368-1 for industrial/ITE applications, CB report and CE Mark approval.
