“My dad (Dan) worked for a nonprofit hospital system in supply chain for more than 25 years,” Seerden told Medical Design & Outsourcing in 2022. “My love of healthcare technology came from watching him and seeing firsthand how we can impact lives on a daily basis. He kept his personal values of caring for people and his organization’s mission at the forefront of his work every day. I celebrate the incredible balance he showed in committing to his work while being actively engaged in the scholastic and extracurricular activities of me and my brother. Because of his example, I am transparent with our teams about my commitment to our mission and personal commitments to my husband and three children.”
