RxSight raised $49.98 million in the later stage of its development during the first quarter of 2017, according to the MoneyTree Report. This is the company’s eighth investment sequence. Investors include H.I.G. BioHealth Partners, Longitude Capital and Versant Ventures.

RxSight specializes in adjustable intraocular lens technology. The technology uses light treatment that produces precise modifications in lens curvature. The company’s Light Adjustable Lens allows doctors to optimize vision after cataract surgery using an office based IOL enhancement.
