Venture capital raised: $280,210,000


Auris Surgical Robots raised over $280 million in venture capital during its later stage of development in the third quarter of 2017, according to the MoneyTree Report. This marks the fourth investment sequence for the company. Investors include Coatue Management, Highland Capital Partners, Lux Capital and Mithril Capital Management.

The company is currently developing a robotic microsurgical system for ophthalmic surgery.
