The software has relaxation exercises to help people feel less stressed and anxious. In a randomized controlled trial, VRelax’s software showed a statistically significant immediate improvement of all negative and positive affective states. The company says VR relaxation also resulted in a significantly greater reduction of total negative beneficial effects on momentary anxiety and cheerfulness, and there were no significant differences between short-term effects on perceived stress and symptoms.
