“The two founders, a doctor and patient, brought a personal point of view to the story with their relationship to nighttime nocturia, a condition which causes frequent urination and leaves aging women vulnerable to nighttime trips and falls as they scurry for the bathroom. It took us 14 months, and dozens of prototypes, but our final design achieves this high bar — it’s functional and beautiful. The shape itself is simple, modern and sculptural. Discreetly embedded into the design is a generous and ergonomic handle, along with a form-fitting contour that is made from soft silicone which comfortably nests with the female anatomy.”
